The way it works

Method of Ingestion
Take the medication with one full glass of water. Avoid lying down for at least 10 minutes once you have taken the drug. You should not break the drug. Your intake of this medication should be well complemented by a diet which is rich in fruits, vegetables and nuts.

It is best taken during meals. Therefore, you should never skip meals just to take the medication. You should also not increase your dose on your own or take more than you have been told to. Missing Doses
In case you miss your regular dose, take it as soon as you remember that you should. If it is too late, take the next scheduled one but do not overdose under any circumstances.

Side Effects
Taking this medication can pose certain side effects in front of you which include:

In case you want to protect yourself from heart attacks by taking small doses of aspirin, again check with your doctor. Whether it is dose quantity or starting and stopping the same, you must go as per your doctor’s advice.

Some Precautions

  • Avoid alcohol or caffeine
  • Have cobix easily available by your side
  • Minimize contact with sunlight since your skin would be more sensitive than usual while taking this medication
  • Avoid activities that require you to be alert such as driving or operating machinery
